[Richmond Hill, Ontario] April 26, 2021 -
Compugen was thrilled to be honoured as Intel’s 2020 Americas Partner of the Year for PC Client Solution at the Virtual Intel® Partner Connect event last week, marking a second consecutive win.
When presenting the award, Intel recognized Compugen’s significant contribution to the Canadian education industry, putting 81,000 Chromebooks into the hands of K-12 students to enable their virtual learning as a result of the pandemic lockdowns. Despite supply shortage obstacles, Compugen helped the education system hasten the shift as they pivoted to a remote learning model to help keep children in Canada learning continuously during a challenging time.
“This prestigious award win is a great example of the power of possibility when we work towards a common goal,” says Harry Zarek, Compugen President and CEO. “I’m particularly proud of this award as it recognizes our collective efforts to enable students to continue receiving the education they needed and deserved once schools were closed and they began to learn remotely. Compugen looks forward to continuing to strengthen and grow this incredible partnership with Intel.”
The Partner of the Year awards honour Intel partners who demonstrate excellence in accelerating innovation, sales growth and marketing, and those who achieve the highest standards of design, development, integration and technology deployment.
