Compugen Acquires Leading Québec-based IT Solution Provider CPU Service d'ordinateur inc. and its wholly-owned subsidiary C.P.U. Design Inc. 


[RICHMOND HILL, ON] November 21, 2023 – As an industry visionary, Compugen Inc., the nation's largest privately-owned and operated Technology Ally, proudly announces its definitive purchase agreement to acquire CPU Service d'ordinateur inc. and its subsidiary C.P.U. Design Inc., collectively known as CPU.
