[Richmond Hill, ON] September 12th, 2023—Compugen Inc., Canada's largest privately-owned and operated Technology Ally, is pleased to announce it is investing in its IT Service Management (ITSM) program by modernizing the tools, processes, and behaviours required to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

To this end, Compugen recently signed a multi-year agreement with ServiceNow to continuously enhance the quality of its services, improve operational efficiency and productivity, expand its service offerings, optimize processes, and create new value for employees, customers, and stakeholders.

“This major digital transformation investment represents a leap forward for Compugen in the value and possibilities our Services will bring to our customers," states Marty Grosh, VP Services at Compugen. “As the role of information technology reaches further across all lines of business, our customers are eager to take advantage of the rich functionality provided by AI and Self-Service capabilities. In true Compugen fashion, we listen and adapt in order to deliver the type of service experience our customers deserve. This program is a game-changer in that regard.”

The robust capabilities, intuitive workflows, automation and AI features, centralized visibility, scalability, and collaboration tools offered by ServiceNow will greatly contribute towards the strategic goals, success, and growth of Compugen’s employees and valuable partners.

The implementation of the ServiceNow Platform kicked off in June 2023 and will continue in phases over the next 18 months. Many new modules and capabilities, such as managed instances, personalized experience, mobility, chat, virtual agent, branded portals, and self-service capabilities, will be implemented and introduced to Compugen’s internal and external stakeholders in the next 18 months.

Compugen has also planned to transition customers to this innovative platform in multiple phases over the next 12 months. Compugen plans to work closely with its customers and the ServiceNow team to help ensure minimum impact on operational activities and to provide a seamless transition experience.

The Service Management Modernization program is being led by Surej Pabla (Senior Director, Managed Services) and managed by Nicole Conboy (Director, Service Management Office) and Aamir Idris (Program Lead) at Compugen.

“We are proud to partner with Compugen to bring the expansive capabilities of the ServiceNow Platform to more customers in Canada,” said Chris Ellison, vice president and general manager of Canada at ServiceNow. “On the ServiceNow Platform, customers can benefit from faster adoption times, measurable value, and higher levels of satisfaction in their digital transformation journeys.”

Compugen's investment in the Service Management Modernization program reflects the company's commitment to ongoing growth and expansion. This program is part of a series of modernization initiatives currently underway at Compugen propelling the company into the future. The company’s mission to help organizations realize new possibilities is reflected through an updated brand platform and website experience which launched over the summer.
